Tracy made our move from Texas so easy! As first-time homebuyers, she scheduled a full day of showings while we were in town, gave us so many helpful tips and tools, answered all the questions we didn’t even know to ask, and made sure we understood each step of the process. Great work on a complex situation by Tracy Mathis. Tracy came to our place and immediately impressed us with her experience and marketing strategy. It was a tough market in Spring 2025 with uncertainty over tariffs and a relatively high interest rate compared to previous years. We closely consulted with Tracy on pricing strategy and with her help we hit on an attractive price. Her advice on pre-sale improvements and her advice on negotiating the closing details with the buyers was excellent as well.
